John Hittler

John Hittler has spent 17 years helping CEOs achieve what others consider impossible. As a 9x founder and CEO himself, he understands the unique pressures of leadership-the sleepless nights, the weight of responsibility to investors, boards, teams, and customers. His coaching firm, Evoking Genius, has partnered with leaders at companies ranging from Microsoft, Facebook, and Google X to venture-backed startups across Silicon Valley.

John is the author of three books: The Little Book of Big Scale, which distills counterintuitive practices from 250+ successful CEOs; One In A Billion: Finding Your Genius Talent; and The Motivation Trap: Leadership Strategies to Achieve Sustained Success. A former Forbes Coaches Council member, he brings a singular promise to every engagement: if your investment doesn't deliver 10x ROI on both time and money, you don't pay.

John holds a B.S. in Economics from Georgetown University. An urban farmer, competitive athlete, and father of seven, he brings the same intensity to building Insperis that has defined his career-helping CEOs double their revenue in two years or less.

Robert Sterling

Robert Sterling has spent his career at the intersection of M&A, capital markets, and executive leadership. As founder of EV Partners, he provides M&A advisory, strategic consulting, fractional CFO services, and executive coaching to startups, mid-market companies, and SMBs. He has served as CFO for multiple seed, Series A, and Series B startups and advised more than 60 companies on strategy and capital markets across manufacturing, commodities, energy, SaaS, fintech, consumer products, and real estate.

Robert began his finance career at Koch Industries and Cargill, America's two largest private companies, where he led and supported more than $10 billion in completed M&A transactions, capital projects, divestitures, and capital raises over six years. His current portfolio includes board positions, advisory roles, and investments across robotics, consumer products, and technology companies.

A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Robert served as a Korean linguist and signals intelligence analyst during the Afghanistan campaign. He holds an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University, a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Washington, and completed executive leadership training at INSEAD. He also studied at the Defense Language Institute and Swarthmore College.

Adam Rossi

Adam Rossi is an Inc. 500 entrepreneur who built and sold his first company before the age of 40. In 1999, he and his wife Laila co-founded PlatinumSolutions, growing the software company from their kitchen table to a government contractor serving federal law enforcement, intelligence, and defense agencies. The company made the Inc. 500 list three years in a row before being acquired by SRA International in 2013.

Today, Adam is President of INDIE Co., focused on acquiring and elevating outstanding American companies in technology, manufacturing, and real estate. He is also Owner of TotalShield, a manufacturer of ballistic and explosive shielding solutions for space, aerospace, energy, and industrial customers. Beyond operating companies, Adam actively mentors founders, leveraging his hands-on experience scaling ventures and navigating exits.

Adam trained as an engineer at Virginia Tech, earning both a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an MBA in Finance. A father of three, he splits his time between business and his off-grid Virginia farm, where he pursues farming, fishing, beekeeping, and the outdoors. He speaks English and Farsi.

Sean Collins

Sean Collins is a Naval Aviator turned entrepreneur, executive, and venture capitalist who has dedicated his post-military career to building companies and developing the next generation of founders. As Principal of Eastern Divide Group, he provides executive consulting and investment expertise to organizations of all sizes, and leads viability assessments and due diligence for high-growth companies.

At Virginia Tech, Sean serves  as the Director of New Ventures,where he runs the Startup Hokies portfolio of experiential programs designed to build cross-disciplinary teams and launch new business concepts. Previously, Sean was the Cofounder of Lunch Pail Ventures, a global private community connecting founders with investors and mentors.  He was also a Venture Partner at Transform Capital, a Silicon Valley VC firm investing in late-stage technology startups across FinTech, AI, SaaS, and consumer spaces. Earlier, he spent six years at VIQTORY,a privately-held talent management and workforce development company in Pittsburgh, PA. While at Viqtory, he pioneered the development of digital solutions to help individuals from renewable talent sources, including the military, high schools, vocational programs, and universities, make decisions about the next steps in their professional lives, and marketplaces for educators and employers to connect with these talented candidates.

Sean served eight years as a U.S. Navy pilot, accruing over 1,000 hours of fixed wing flight time and service in the Iraqi Freedom (OIF) campaign.  He holds an MBA from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business, a B.A. in Economics from Virginia Military Institute, and is a Certified Scrum Product Owner.

Adib Bamieh

Adib Bamieh brings more than 20 years of experience building, operating, and advising technology companies across Europe, North America, and Africa. As Managing Director of Bamboo Orchard, he leads a 45-person innovation studio that provides hands-on operational support to founders and scale-ups-from product development and brand creation to commercial operations. The studio operates as both a Venture Studio for first-time founders and an Innovation Studio for post-product-market-fit companies scaling into new markets.

Adib's operating experience includes COO roles at Chip (the UK savings app), Travelnest, and Henchman, as well as Chief Strategy Officer at QuickBus, where he helped enable intercity bus travel across Africa. He has served on advisory boards for companies spanning healthtech, edtech, agtech, and dating apps, and was General Partner at MoreThan Ventures, a VC fund targeting early-stage African tech startups.

Adib studied Computer Engineering at City University of Seattle, Art at University of North London, and Management at London Metropolitan University. He developed the "Fit-Scale 10" framework for hiring, while rapid scaling-helping CEOs build teams that can grow with the company rather than becoming bottlenecks.
